Well, first of all, in finnish we have no accents like é á ó etc. BUT, I could imagine that the word hakki would be häkki but without those two dots (sometimes you can´t type them). And the word "häkki" would be a "cage".
Naruá could be "narua" which means "string", like a rope or something. So, häkki narua would be cage string
I don´t know, sounds weird.. unless the person has somewhat twisted mind.. which would be quite possible if he/she is a finn
