Weis jemand was "Calm" ist?

Hallo,

ich hatte mir mal ein 4er CD Set gekauft "Symply Karma" wo zu 4 Bereichen jeweils eine CD dabei ist.

Meditation, Relaxing, Calm , Yoga

Nur habe ich nach Calm gesucht um herauszufinden was das ist aber bin über keinen einzigen aufschlussreichen Bericht fündig geworden.

Wer weiß mehr über Calm was das ist?
