Über die Wirkung der Psalmen....wer kann etwas dazu sagen?

Why not?
Natürlich kann man auch seine Wortwahl frei wählen. Sein eigenes Gebet sprechen.

Manche tun sich einfacher mit einer Anleitung, und mit Gebeten die schon so alt sind und oft benutzt wurden.

"Fliegen ohne Worte" meint das wortlose Gebet, das "unaussprechliche Seufzen" des Paulus, das selbsttätige unablässige Beten des Geistes.
